  • 1 cup of lentils
  • 1 cup of wholegrain brown rice
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1 spoon of flax-seed flour
  •  2 cups of Rice flour (or any other Gluten-free flours)
  • Parsley and/or cilantro
  • Spices ( Cumin, Cayenne pepper, Black pepper)
  • A pinch of Hymalayan salt

Tomato sauce

  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 bell pepper


Cook the lentils and brown rice for 25 minutes. In pan, add olive oil, onions, garlic and red pepper, and cook until they are soft. Add the lentils and brown rice, and put all ingredients in a food processor with the spices, herbs, rice and flax flour, and hymalayan salt.

Take them to the over until they have a crust. Add the sauce and serve.
