In a saucepan, put some olive oil and toast whole wheat bread or gluten-free bread. Add some vegan cream cheese, and a stir fry of onion, garlic, green pepper, spices and hymalayan salt. Put escarole/endive on top and basmati rice with olive oil. Finish this dish with walnuts and almonds. Delicious, fast and easy!
