- Brown rice
- Coconut milk
- Curry powder
- Green pepper
- Pine mushrooms
- Shiitake mushrooms
- Hymalayan salt
- Cayenne pepper
- Black peppere onion, garlic, green pepp
Put the onion, garlic, green pepper in a pan with olive oil. After a few minutes add the mushrooms after being previously dehydrated. Add the coconut milk and the curry powder, the salt and spices.
Cook the rice and peas for 25 minutes, and then put the sauce on top.
It’s incredibly healthy and complete…delicious as well. Enjoy!
