- Stevia leaves
Put the plums in a bowl, smash them and remove the center and the skin. Put in th mixer the stevia leaves with water until it becomes all liquid. Up next cook the raw marmelade and the stevia liquid for over 1 hour. You will know if it’s ready because it won’t be so acid. You can replace the stevia with any of the vegan sweeteners.
Put the marmelade in glass containers and refrigerate. It lasts over 6 months in the freezer. You can eat it with raw vegan seed crackers
