For this ocassion i chose to make raw vegan broccoli rice with fried onions and garlic, with roasted squash and a soy hamburguer.
This is a very quick meal to do….and very healthy.
-Process the broccoli raw until it looks like rice.
– Add the onions, garlic and squash to a frying pan with olive oil.
– Cook the hamburguer and put some lemon juice on top of it.
-Add hymalayan salt and spices to this dish.
