Dairy products are full of proteins. When these are digested and the amino acids go to your blood streem, your blood pH tends to acidify. Which means your body will take Calcium from your bones and Potasium from your muscles.

This often leads to diseases like Osteoporosis and other bone related illnesses, muscle cramps and nervous system disorders.

So in order to avoid these, staying away from Dairy products would be a good idea.

Reserchers have found that you can get much more Calcium from Black sesame seeds or leafy greens, than the-so-overly-advertised Dairy products.

I’ll give you a short list of food that contain much more Calcium,

  • Millet
  • Sesame seeds
  • Black sesame seeds
  • Leafy greens
  • Stinging nettles (especially if they are juiced)
