• Nut milk (almond milk, cashew milk,  hazelnut milk)
  • Soy milk
  • Coconut milk
  • Rice milk
  • Oat milk (but it’s not gluten-free)
  • Seed milk: Hemp seed milk is the most common but you can choose any seed or make a milk with a variety of them. Add cocoa or carob powder to make a cocoa milk, and stevia for sweetening.

Very healthy indeed. They are sugar free and don’t cause inflamation in the gut like the regular cow’s milk. Bear that in mind when you make a choice.
