For this dish you just need gluten-free pasta you can buy at your health food store. I chose these rice noodles. They are very quick to cook and it’s a good way to start a gluten-free diet or as an alternative option to the regular pasta.

For the tomato sauce, you will need….

  • Tomato sauce
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Green pepper
  • Herbs (rosemary, thyme, sage)
  • Himalayan salt
  • Sunflower oil (choose the one you prefer)

Put all ingredients in the mixer. And then heat the sauce and pour over the noodles.
