This is a very quick way of eating healthy and vegan!
Just open a can of lentils and another one of peas (you can always cook the ones they come in a package but that takes much longer); this version is much higher in sodium since they are canned. Go either way according to your taste. Add olive oil, himalayan salt (or sea salt), and a little bit of lemon juice to them.
Up next, cut some potatoes and garlic gloves and cook them in a pot with just a little bit of oil. Add salt, oregano, and a dehydrated mix of parsley and garlic (provenzal).
It takes about 20 minutes to be ready. And you have a dish that has plenty of proteins coming from the legumes and carbs from the potatoes. Hmmm yummy!
