This italian dish is my favourite meal! It takes about an hour to do it.
Recipe for the wraps
- Whole wheat flour (or any gluten-free flour)
- Sunflower Oil
- Corn starch ( egg replacement)
- Seed or nut milk ( optional )
For the filling
- Spinach (or Kale, Chard, etc)
For the tomato sauce
- Green onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- Tomato sauce
- Red or green pepper
- Himalayan Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- 1 Laurel leaf
-Add the wrap’s ingredients to a mixer. Put a little bit of oil ( a few drops) in a frying pan. Pick a ladle and fill the pan until you get a thin layer and it covers the borders of the pan.
-Fry the onions in a pan and then mix them with the cooked spinach.
Fill the wraps with the spinach filling and add the tomato sauce on top. You can also add vegan cheese on top of them and heat them in the oven.
