• 1 Cauliflower
  • 1 cup of Brown rice
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 box of Puff Pastry sheets
  • Himalayan salt


Put the cauliflower in a bowl and add water with vinegar if it’s not organic. Leave it to soak for 20 minutes.


Put it in a food processor and the result is called ‘rice’.


Next, cook the brown rice for about 20 to 25 minutes. You can measure the amount of rice in a cup, and you add that same amount in water 4 times. Once the water was boiled away, the rice will be ready.

Add it to the cauliflower rice in a bowl.

Heat oil in a pan and add the choped and diced onions to the preparation.


Put in preparation on the sheets at about half the size. Fold them and twist them. Put them in the oven for about 10 to 15 minutes in an oiled pizza pan.


And boilá! They are absolutely delicious! Enjoy them!
